Payment Policy

All payments are due in full upon completion of services. Clients are required to remit payment immediately following the conclusion of each appointment or service. We do not offer payment extensions or delayed billing under any circumstances.

Refund Policy

All transactions are final. We do not issue refunds for completed services, missed appointments, or late cancellations. By scheduling a service, clients acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy

Appointments are reserved exclusively for each client.

• Late cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice and all no-show appointments will result in a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost.

• The cancellation fee must be paid prior to scheduling any future appointments.

• Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.

This is a small business we work independently and do not have a front desk staff to answer the phone please call or text for appointments and we will get back to you as soon as we can. You may also book online

To book online, you add your credit/debit card on file but it is not charged. payment due upon completion of services

Code of Conduct

We are committed to maintaining a professional, respectful, and safe environment for all clients and staff.

• Inappropriate conduct, including but not limited to sexual harassment, verbal abuse, or aggressive behavior, will not be tolerated.

• Any such behavior will result in immediate termination of services and a permanent ban from all future appointments.

• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these policies.

Acknowledgment

By scheduling or receiving services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the above policies. These terms are binding and apply to all clients without exception.
